Service Terms for Tennessee Pest Pros in Tennessee
Last Updated: 10/25/2026
What Our Pest Control Visits Cover
Last updated: October 2026
These terms apply to pest control work Tennessee Pest Pros agrees to perform at the property listed in your estimate or service record. The agreed work may include inspection, treatment, monitoring, or pest exclusion, but only for the pests and areas identified in that agreement.
Work on other pests, structures, or conditions requires a separate estimate and your approval. We do not promise that every pest will be eliminated or that pests cannot return.
Our technicians follow applicable requirements, including the Tennessee Structural Pest Control Act, Tennessee Code Annotated § 62-21, and Tennessee Department of Agriculture applicator rules in Rule 0080-06-01. Restricted-use pesticides may be applied only by appropriately certified personnel.
Pesticide use, handling, and disposal must follow the product label as required by the Federal Insecticide, Fungicide, and Rodenticide Act and the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency.
We also follow applicable workplace hazard communication requirements, including OSHA’s Hazard Communication Standard, 29 CFR 1910.1200.
Setting, Changing, or Canceling a Visit
We schedule appointments by agreement with you and confirm the expected service date or arrival window through the contact method available to us. Please make sure we have current phone and access information.
You must provide safe access to the areas included in the estimate and follow any preparation instructions we give before treatment. Tell us promptly if access conditions, occupants, pets, or the pest issue have changed.
Contact Tennessee Pest Pros as soon as possible to cancel or request a different time. Any cancellation charge or rescheduling condition will be disclosed before it applies; these terms do not create a fee that was not disclosed.
If a visit cannot proceed because the property is inaccessible or unsafe, we may need to reschedule. We will explain any effect on the appointment before arranging another visit.
If you request additional work or our inspection shows that the agreed scope needs to change, we will describe the proposed change and any price adjustment. We will not proceed with that added work without your approval.
Estimates, Approved Work, and Payment
An estimate describes the work, service area, and price we have discussed based on information available at the time. It is not approval for work outside that description.
Inspection findings, access limits, or changed conditions may affect the proposed scope. If so, Tennessee Pest Pros will explain the change and provide an updated estimate or price before doing additional work. You may decline the added work; the original agreement remains limited to its stated scope.
Payment is due according to the timing and method shown in your estimate, invoice, or service agreement. Review those details before approving the work, and ask us about anything that is unclear. No particular price, payment plan, or financing offer is promised by these terms. Applicable taxes or other disclosed charges will be shown in the written pricing information.
If you believe an invoice does not match the approved work, contact us promptly and identify the item in question. We will review it against the estimate and service record. Payment disputes do not authorize unapproved treatment or changes to the agreed scope.
Written Warranty Coverage and Limits
Tennessee Pest Pros does not make a general promise that every pest will be eliminated permanently or that pests will not return. Any workmanship warranty, retreatment commitment, or other service coverage applies only when its terms are provided to you in writing.
The written terms will identify the covered service, pests or areas, duration, and any required follow-up. These terms do not establish a warranty period or coverage that has not been stated in that writing.
Coverage may depend on your following treatment instructions, providing access for any required inspection or follow-up, and keeping the covered area in the agreed condition. A written warranty may exclude new pest activity, areas not treated, or conditions outside the approved work. We will explain applicable exclusions in the warranty document rather than imply that every situation is covered.
Contact us with the service record and a description of the concern so we can review any written coverage. Nothing in this section limits rights that cannot lawfully be waived.
Responsibility for Property and Service Risks
You are responsible for telling us about known property conditions, sensitive items, and access or safety concerns before work begins. Pest activity, building defects, moisture, prior treatments, and other pre-existing conditions can affect results and may require work beyond the agreed service. Tennessee Pest Pros is not responsible for conditions that existed before service or for effects outside the approved scope, except where applicable law provides otherwise.
To the extent permitted by law, our responsibility for a claim related to a particular service will not exceed the amount paid for that service. This limit does not apply where prohibited by law, including liability that cannot legally be limited. Nothing here removes duties imposed by the Tennessee Structural Pest Control Act, Tennessee Code Annotated § 62-21, or applicable Tennessee Department of Agriculture rules, including Rule 0080-06-01.
Pesticides must be used and disposed of according to their labels and applicable law, including the Federal Insecticide, Fungicide, and Rodenticide Act. This section does not excuse noncompliance with those requirements or applicable safety rules.
Questions About These Service Terms
For questions about these terms, an estimate, or scheduled work, contact Tennessee Pest Pros at (855) 681-0299 or info@tennesseepestpros.top. You may also write to 41 Peabody St, Suite 100, Nashville, TN, USA. Include your name, service address, and any estimate or invoice number so we can identify the matter. Please do not send sensitive payment information by ordinary email.
We may revise these terms as our practices or legal requirements change. The current version will be made available through our website or provided directly when relevant.
For work already approved, the terms and scope in your accepted estimate or service agreement govern that job unless you and Tennessee Pest Pros agree in writing to a change. A revision does not retroactively change completed work or an existing agreement where applicable law prevents that result.
If a provision cannot be enforced, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent allowed by law.
Daniel Brooks
Service Expert at Tennessee Pest Pros
I started in pest control in the Nashville area, where I learned how crawlspaces, older home foundations, and warm, humid seasons can create recurring pest problems. I built this company to give Tennessee homeowners clear inspections and treatment plans grounded in the conditions we see across the state.
